Public Note:
slide only? Similar to Spiropes dictyosporus, except not dictyospores (very few cross-walls), but this may be associated with other fungi. Not convinced by Castaneda's distinction of Nigrolentilocus (or N. nz) with 'black conidiogenous loci'. I don't see them - on Hughes original material. Nevertheless the genus is probably good, or at least better than the random bunch that was Psuedospiropes.
