Public Note:
Sequence comes out in Phomopsis and close to Diaporthe phaseolorum. Except D. phas is clearly a complex, some not even closely relaqted according to Genbank sequences. Currently none, as far as I can see, are from Phaseolus. The D. phas. material quoted in Santos et 2011, on Helianthus, is clearly not D. phas. Material called this on Glycine is at least 5 different species according to ITS1, none of whih is probably the same as that on Phaseolum. Most material appears host specific (except jf951146 on Rhus and FN868477 on Pinus.
