Public Note:
pellis a glassy walled clamped cutis.Spores including apiculus length=3.8–4.6µm (µ=4.1, σ=0.26), width=2.4–3.3µm (µ=2.9, σ=0.25), Q=1.2–1.6µm (µ=1.41, σ=0.13), n=20. Gill edge perhaps sterile but structure not easy to see. Species has characteristically small pip-shaped spores. Sequuences indicate Lyophyllaceae near Ossicaulis. Siderophilous granules present with acetocarmine + FeCl3 and do seem to be macro type rather than oligo. Ossicaulis is said not to have them.
