spores length=18.6–20.7µm (µ=19.4, σ=0.7), width=9.7–11.6µm (µ=10.6, σ=0.5), Q=1.7–2.0µm (µ=1.8, σ=0.1), n=13. Spores not big enough to be P. austrogaster (and is it different anyway?). Sequences of NZ P. ammophilae are not the same as USA/Denmark material. PRJ has indication that this species may also be present in Europe.
