Specimen notes
Public Note:
smell faintly mealy, stem finely pubescent. Cap a glassy unclamped cutis. Without pleurocystidia, with cylindrical cheilocystidia. No tissue amyloid or dextrinoid. Spores also have glassy look of Hygrocybe. Spores length=7.0–7.9µm (µ=7.5, σ=0.2), width=4.9–5.7µm (µ=5.3, σ=0.2), Q=1.3–1.6µm (µ=1.4, σ=0.1), n=15. 2 spored. Clearly the same as JAC9851. This would be a candidate for Mycena primulina along with Hemimycena jac11428, except for spore shape in latter and cheilocystidia of both, not posessed by type of primulina.
