Public Note:
some poplars in the area as well. Smell raphanoid. Cap sticky but not glutinous. Stem with calucystidia at apex only. Spores (weakly) dextrinoid, amygdaliform, spores fgh (fig 5 Vesterholt), spores 7um broad, without perispore. Section Denudata, subsection Denudata. Cheilocystidia 8um broad at apex, thick-walled, but not thick-walled in constricted part. Stem 7mm diam. helodes (stem 2-5mm), lutense (pruinose along entire length), crustiliniforme. Spores length=10.9–12.6µm (µ=11.8, σ=0.6), width=6.2–6.9µm (µ=6.6, σ=0.3), Q=1.7–1.9µm (µ=1.8, σ=0.1), n=7 New to NZ. Henry indicates not with willow in Europe, and this site not really basic.
