dimitic, with metuloid encrusted cystidia with long tapering sclerified base, with oleiferous hyphae, large spores,length=10.7-13.4µm (µ=11.6, σ=1.0), width=6.0-7.4µm (µ=6.5, σ=0.4), Q=1.6-1.9µm (µ=1.8, σ=0.1), n=8, extremely variable in size and shape. Clamps not seen. For Julich clamps at all septa, but other descriptions say often difficult to find. Sequence in the vicinity of Trametes. No genbank ITS sequences for Lopharia.
