Public Note:
without cystidia, without clamps, hyphae verrucose. Spores length=6.9-8.5µm (µ=7.7, σ=0.7), width=3.9-5.2µm (µ=4.6, σ=0.5), Q=1.6-1.8µm (µ=1.7, σ=0.1), n=5. The only Botryobasidium with broad verrucose basal hyphae is B. pruinatum, but this has a different colour (here it is grey/green - trichoderma-ish), an unusual substrate, and narrower spores. The basal hyphae might be dextrinoid.?
