FN38. Note this specimen has clear ring. Others have ring zone or no ring. Apparently present in Australia (Tom may pers. comm.) and see http://mushroomobserver.org/182536?q=2g4Vc and http://mushroomobserver.org/185539?q=2g4Vc as Descolea. Spores length=7.5-8.8µm (µ=8.1, σ=0.32), width=4.5-5.3µm (µ=4.9, σ=0.23), Q=1.5-1.8µm (µ=1.66, σ=0.09), n=20, with cheilocystidia. Unclamped? Pileipellis with brown encrusted pigment. There are at least 2/3 similar morphological species close in ITS but not close in LSU (e.g. PDD 87682, JAC14598, PDD 106284). First record Taylor 1967 PDD 86279
