Public Note:
Forming extensive thin grey patch on underside of decorticate wood. Spores smooth, inamyloid,10.8\endash13.3µm (µ=12.1, σ=0.9), width=6.1\endash7.2µm (µ=6.7, σ=0.4), Q=1.6\endash2.1µm (µ=1.8, σ=0.2), n=8,thick-walled, with cystidia (pink in sulphovanilllin but not grey/purple), not emergent, hyphae with clamps, monomitic, fruitbody smooth, grey/white (but supposed to be cream). Not totally confident about identification, but what else? Seems also close to H. assimile and H. subdefinitum. What about Ceratobasidium?
