Public Note:
Not T. stans - this in middle of native bush and well away from introduced species. Smell very earthy. Taste perhaps slight hot after-taste. Stem without ring zone. Stipe brown fibrillose towards base, and white at apex, with caulocystidia, diameter over 5mm. Gills thick, spotted brown in places. Close to Pat's wangapeka but without zone.
