Public Note:
cap sticky, stem dry, with thick white basal rhzioids, somewhat fasciculate. Gills strongly fluorescent yellow. Cap orange in KOH, nil NH4OH. Taste mild, very slightly bitter after taste. Smell earthy. Cap centre slightly peach shade not apparent in photos. Spores smooth. Exuding yellow into KOH. With chrysocystidia on gill face, spores reniform, without germ pore, length=5.5–6.6µm (µ=6.0, σ=0.3), width=3.3–4.0µm (µ=3.6, σ=0.2), Q=1.5–1.9µm (µ=1.7, σ=0.1), n=17. Close but not same as P. cerea re sequence, but small.
