gills decurrent, stem striate, stuffed, stem with white basal tomentum, cap strongly hygrophanous, scurfy in centre. Gills and cap rgb(227, 81, 82), cap drying brown rgb(232, 199, 130), smell earthy. Consistently 2-spored. No cystidia observed. Spores subglobose, length=7.2\endash10.0µm (µ=8.7, σ=0.9), width=6.1\endash9.5µm (µ=8.1, σ=1.0), Q=1.0\endash1.2µm (µ=1.1, σ=0.1), n=12
