Public Note:
This individual shrub overhanging roadway was severely affected by the spot, nearby plants of same species less affected. Good spore germination on agar plates, at 24 hours a long germ tubes from each end of spore, often with a short side branch at the base of one of these germ tubes. Cultures 20 mm after 3 months, low felted mycelium, reddish brown on MEA, grey on PDA, surface on PDA raised and convoluted, on MEA more or less flat.
