Public Note:
taste mild, FeSO4 pink. Cap with fine grey/black tomentum on dried material. Pilocystidia both short and long to 200um, septate, with refractive content, amyloid (greenish), arising from non-spherical cells. Pleurocystidia projecting 75um beyond basidia and refractive. Evidence of both 2 & 4 spored basidia. Stem violaceous furfuraceous. Spores with plage and violet amyloid spot length=7.0–8.4µm (µ=7.6, σ=0.35), width=5.4–6.7µm (µ=6.2, σ=0.29), Q=1.1–1.3µm (µ=1.21, σ=0.07), n=20, ornamentation to 1.3um
