For candusso leucoagaricus and leucocoprinus split from lepiota in having metachromatic endospore and leucoagaricus with basidia Q> 2.5, leucocoprinus <2. Not clear to me what Vellinga means by pseudoparaphyses in context of leucocoprinus. For vellinga in FAN if clamps absent then only lepiota spp have dull purplish cap or acute squamules and are brown. This with dry gills cream. without clamps. 4-spored, without germ pore. Cheilocystidia not prominent. Not 'Okuti Valley'. Near Australian collection. Spores length=5.4–6.5µm (µ=6.0, σ=0.35), width=3.1–4.1µm (µ=3.8, σ=0.36), Q=1.4–2.0µm (µ=1.62, σ=0.19), n=9
