Public Note:
Material dried poorly. Gill edge concolorous. 4-spored, spores amyloid 9.2-10.5(9.9) SD0.5 n=10 x 5.0-5.7(5.3) SD0.2 n=10. Cap cells spherical with brown plasmatic content, thin covering of thin hyphae ornamented with excrescences, dextrinoid. Stem without caulocystidia, dextrinoid, hyphae ornamented with short pegs. Occurrence of cheilocystidia inconsistent. A few mainly close to stem and sometimes furcate. Has the look of calodontes but sequence says not. This taxon needs better collections.
