Specimen notes
Public Note:
Has small eccentric stem. Genevieve says M. hepatochrous. Clamped. Spores 6.5x5, with germ pore, 4-spored. Cap is paler than shown in images - covred in dark spores. Overall this is closer to M. vorax than M. hepatochrous although they are close. The cap hyphae appear to be knobbly and they don't show any sign of the forking present in M. hepatochrous, although I think the two could be combined in a broader taxon concept, especially as Egon notes that vorax collections on Phormium have larger spores.
