Specimen notes
Public Note:
oval spores and rostrate cheilocystidia. Fruitbodies of Chalciporus piperatus, Amanita muscaria & Paxillus involutus all growing in close proximity under a single tree with no non-native mycorhizal in the vicinity. This appears to be the first record with a native host tree. But is it really involutus and not one of the recent seggregates?
