Specimen notes
Public Note:
Taste mild. Pellicle gelatinous and separable. Tough. With rosaceous and sometimes greyish/lilac tinge. Distinctly stipitate when young. Colony white, hyphae clamped. To ICMP 7/8/06. Spores cylindrical, amyloid, 7.5um. I can see no real differences between the decsriptions for roseola and subgriseus and the range described by Petersen for longinqua - so all my collections will have this name until somebody shows they are different.
