Public Note:
with septate sterile clubs. Bright yellow colonies on leaf. Conidia 1-septate, without frills, rounded both ends, 14 x 2.3um, hyaline. venter urecolate, collarette cylindrical. Evidence of short and long forms of phialides. With sterile septate clubs (but clearly not a chaetochalara etc), transition from venter to collarette sharp. Shorter 70um with 2 stalk cells, and longer stem 7-10 septate, collarette 45um, venter (to 1st septum) 15um, entire phialide to 250um long. Close to urceolata and Eric's redisposition C. paramontellica but considerably larger than either of those and with with clubs structures. sp. nov.? To ICMP 23/5/06
