spores 11um. See Myc Res 112, 2008, p965 - is this actually PSII= P. obscuroporus? If so then what is growing with Nothofagus? [2013] P. ammoniavirescens moved onto Nothofagus. ... This is P.i. sp II, but that is not obscurosporus. It does not have a name. Is present in both N.America and Europe. NZ does not have P. involutus sensu stricto based on this evidence. Type of P. vernalis needs sequencing to see where fits.
