2 small frbs remaining in collection. Veil consisting of variable shaped elements, some globose, in loose chains, finely ornamented. Veil abundant. Veil inconsistent with C. filamentifer. Frb minute. 4-spored. Spores with a thin but clear myxosporium. C. strecoreus.
