Specimen notes
Public Note:
spores 15 x 9um mucronate, mainly 2-spored. Ross commented: "gleba has a lot of brown to be D. albus". Re-examined and peridium gelatinised, without inflated elements (as far as I can tell). ITS has D. albus all over the place. This near some other named D. albus (not albellus). Not near jac11081. Probably not D. albus ss. Sequences indicate this is the same as other collections with pronounced reticulation, i.e. Timgrovea reticulatus, and therefore spore ornamentation is not consistent.
