Public Note:
has eccentric small stem. Cuticle of clamped hyphae (not easy to spot clamps but big and deciduous?!) in gelatinous matrix, with geniculate thin hairs, monomitic. Cheilocystidia extreme siccus type, spores amyloid, thin-walled, smooth, 4 x 3um. Spores and cystidia cyanophilous. Pleurocystidia absent. Dosn't fit any of the descrbed Panellus spp from NZ. Subsequent sequence places this in Resinomycena.
