Public Note:
Gills dried milk chocolate. Spores dextrinoid, with distinct germ pore, so not L. menieri. In all respects this is L. leucothites except it does have cheilocytidia with crystals and worth a sequence. [2017] sequence says within the leucothites/naucinus group, although there might be some structure.

Public Note:
Sequence confirms L. leucothites and very distant from L. menieri. Interestingly L. leucothits splits into two close groups which are both widely distributed and both in NZ. Not sure how/if this might relate to older synonyms like L. naucinus and L. subcretaceus.
