Specimen notes
Public Note:
dried badly. Cap to 3cm. Dry material smells of coumarin (sweet smell of new cut hay). Cap conical convex, gill edge concolorous, gills nearly free, spores not quadrate, 5-6 sided but not isodiametric, 2 & 3 spored, 10 x 7um, cap pigment both plasmatic and encrusting, unclamped, with a few oleiferous hyphae. Originally identified as translucidum but that with fibrillose cap. Smell of dried material leads me to consider aromaticum but this more sturdy.
