Specimen notes
Public Note:
Cap 1.5-3cm diam, gelatinous, cigar brown, gills slightly paler, no stem. Spores inamyloid, cylindrical 9um. Gills not gelatinized. On drying the cap shows a white scurf. The cap and gill edge have the thick-walled coralloid hyphae with protuberances. No sign of metachromatic metuloids so not H. unguicularis. (see Thorn Myctoxaon 25 for the small brown/livid resupinatus/hoenbuehelias). To Thorn.
