conidia v. pale brown, elliptic (tapering strongly) 30 long x 20 diam. Macronematous. Filament 3um, 2-3 septa per turn, mildly constricted. 8-9 coils. mycelium brown, clockwise. Keys to H. coniferarum except that anticlockwise, tubulosum has strictly hyaline conidia. ITS Identical with Aureobasidium pullulans (a contaminant surely?): Reported to MAF 2/07/2010. slide only.
