Agaricus/lepiota mesomorpha is currently treated as a nom. dub. with no type. We can assume that this material looked like Bulliard/Gillet plates, although the dried material seems paler. Clamps were not found. The spores are dextrinoid. The morphology is consistent with Leucoagaricus serenus (& spores correct) or L. 'Erua'
