Public Note:
[Cooper] no McNabb notes in packet. Cap with trichoderm of thick-walled glassy brown septate hairs. Has macropleurocystidia and lactifeous hyphae. Spores length=7.6–9.3µm (µ=8.6, σ=0.46), width=6.0–7.6µm (µ=6.9, σ=0.45), Q=1.2–1.5µm (µ=1.25, σ=0.08), n=20, ornamentation to 0.5um. The stem on dried material has a fine dense orange/tan tomentum which increases towards base, also noted on other dried material. The tomentum consist of glassy short hairs, like cap.
