Public Note:
Cap 45-80+ mm across, whitish to graying felty tomentum covering the cap when young, wearing off and exposing a orangish ground color, gills subdistinct, decurrent, creamy when young, latex copious, white, drying and staining tissue brown, gills extensively brown stained in age. Stipe 19-45 mm long, 15-25 mm thick, short, stout, base tounded, flesh dense, firm, grainy when chewed, stipe soild, but with soft core. Odor sweet, fishy, taste mild.
