Cap 25-42 mm across, moist to dry, with faint darker concentric rings, finbrillose-scaly to tomentose, gills edges with tufts/clumps of brown specks, silimar to stipe surface, stipe 47-73 mm long, 4-7.5 mm thick, flesh thin, somewhat fragile in cap, stipe solid, fibrous, whitish to beige. odor somewhat fetid, taste slight, unpleasant.
