[NS ]Cortinarius (small white conical) . Clustered and scattered from soil, under beech . Cap 9-20 (27) mm across, viscid, white bloom (under slime layer), creamy beige below bloom, stipe 35-60 mm long, 2-3.5 (5) mm thick, dry to tacky, also with bloom, flesh watery, orangish in cap and stipe apex, taste bitter, odor indistinct, KOH no reaction. UV light creamy orange
