Public Note:
[NS] Scattered from soil, in duff under beech . Cap 54-60 mm across, viscid, with dry fibril warts appressed into cap, stipe 36-45 mm long, 12-16 mm thick, base with blue, with abruptly truncate bottom, partial veil leaving a thin membranous skirt right above bulb, odor and taste indistinct. KOH brown on cap, tan on all other parts.
