Public Note:
[NS] Scattered in large troop from duff, moss and small debris under tree ferns and mixed broadleaf trees. Cap fully enclosed, 8-26 mm across, 9-40 mm high, deep sky blue to light blue, stipe 2-39 mm long (from cap margin), 5-9 mm thick, base with rhizomorphs, yellow, with orangish discoloration at base, no odor, taste unpleasant.
