Public Note:
[NS] Cortinarius (orangish 'rozites'). Scattered and clustered from duff, under beech . Cap 32-56 mm across, viscid to tacky, wrinkled, with orangish flocculent to tomentose veil patches, becoming smooth, stipe (47 mm in button) 85-97 mm long, 8-10 mm thick, partial veil somewhat thick, membranous, leaving a flaring ring on upper stipe. Odor slightly raphanoid, taste indistinct, KOH slight orange on cap and flesh.
