Public Note:
[NS] Scattered in troops in moss and duff, under beech and tea tree. Cap 14-33 mm across, tacky (not viscid) to dry, margin compressed to stipe when young, with pale violet veil fibrils, slight gap at maturity, stipe 8-66 mm long, 4-10 mm thick, breaking at cap junction easily, moist to dry (not viscid), no odor, taste indistinct. KOH dark brown on gleba, no other rxn. UV light caps gray, flesh pale yellow.
