Public Note:
[NS] Scattered from moss covered soil banks, often on underside of small overhangs, under beech . Cap 19-55 mm across, thinly viscid to tacky, tubes 4-11 mm long, pores round to angular, 3.5-6 per two mm. stipe 37-81 mm long, 3.5-8 mm thick, moist to dry, base with white mycelium, pores and stipe with droplets when young. flesh thin, marbled tan-beige,/off-white, firm when young, very squishy in age (cap is mostly tubes). Odor and taste indistinct.
