Specimen notes
Public Note:
[GS] Slender white fruit bodies growing on a leaf in broadleaf-podocarp forest. Up to about 20 mm in height. [JAC] This has dextrinoid trama with dimitic hyphae, elongate spores 10 x 3.5um and cystidia with a characteristic constriction. It is Ron Petersen's Pterula sp. 1, which has turned up a few times. Pterula, Typhula and Macrotyphula are not well characterised currently - at least not the NZ species.
