Specimen notes
Public Note:
[WMD] Small tan mushrooms growing on very rotten wood on soil. The largest fruit body was 11 mm in diameter and 3 cm in height. The cap was striate when wet, hygrophanous and less obviously striate when drier. No obvious ring but remnants on the cap surface. Cap broadly conical when juvenile to flat with a raised centre when older. Gills narrowly attached and tan in colour. Stipe thin, paler towards the apex with a fine pubescence on the surface. [JAC] spores do have a small germ pore. Caulocystidia non lecythiform and with corkscrew extensions (like moseri aff.). But gills not orange and this with distinctly villose caps.
