Public Note:
[GS] mmature specimen found on the ground, presumably fallen from a nearby tree, in beech forest. Spongy texture, 70 mm across and 50 mm deep. [JAC] a useful immature specimn that isn't rotted and may give a reliable sequence - which seems problematic with this species
