Public Note:
[GS] Growing on a rotting epiphyte mound lying on the ground in broadleaf-podocarp forest. Individual fruit bodies up to 25 mm across and 40 mm long including stipe. Upper surfaces and stipes slightly coloured, lower surfaces white and without pores. Soft consistency. [JAC] spores dextrinoid, 4.5 x 2.5, pileipellis hyphae unspecialised, clamped. Yes this is C. insignis, which is really a Podoserpula.
