Dark orange to brownish orange, subvelutinous, depressed, with some whitish bloom near disc. White flesh. Whitish adnate to subdecurrent lamellae, close to subdistant, exuding white latex, staining gills brown. Stipe dark orange, dry, matte to barely subvelutinous, white at base. Odor fishy.
