Public Note:
[NS] Clavulina (gray, orangish stipe) Scattered in moss under beech. 40-59 mm high, 8-14 mm across at crown. No odor, taste mild. [JAC] clamped. Very ocacsional large cystidia present, perhaps 1 septate and then with oliiferous apex. Spores 8.3 x 8. branches purple grey, stipe pigmented cinnamon. Keys to bruneocinnerea, but not.
