[PdL] Uncommon. Amongst mosses and sparse grasses under pin oak (Quercus palustris). Fruiting bodies colonial. Stipe hollow, pale brown, gills pinkish-brown, pileus initially smooth, brown, surface flaking on maturity. Spore pink (well its sort of looks pinkish to me (Colour Blind))
