Public Note:
[PJD] Uncommon. Emergent from leaf litter under karaka (Corynocarpus laevigatus) in steep gully head. Pileus only visible above leaves. Fruiting body 35-40 mm tall. Stipe white, fragile, outer surface finely covered in loose whitish scales. Gills white, pileus slightly depressed centrally, upper surface grey (darker centrally), margins undulose and upturned leaving gills exposed. [JAC] spores inamyloid. Pileipellis a hymeniderm.
