Public Note:
immersed on bleached areas of leaf, with erumpent slime of 1 septate condiia. Eventually sporulates in culture, with immersed pycnidia. It isn't clear if condiogenesis is entero or holoblastic. Not a Diplodia - but what? Sequence says related to Microsphaeropsis group, but that usually considered aseptate. Not a good generic feature anyway. Sequence also indicates relation to Verrucoconiothyrium
