A47: yellow, smell mushroomy, incredibly tough, hard to cut even with a knife, white above pore layer. Context not reacting in KOH. Spores smooth, hyaline, allantoid (not Rigidoporus laetus with globose spores). Hymenial surface poroid. Hymenophore imbricate and broadly attached. 4-spored. Spores inamyloid. Tissue dimitic. No metuloid cystidia, no setae. Pores 1-3 per mm. A. malicola ss NZ?
