Public Note:
smell mushroomy. Reddening to purple slowly when bruised. Ring is a belt - neither boot nor hanging-down. Frb erumpent from the sand. Flesh really firm. KOH nil. Schaeffer nil (although my discoloured anailine goes orange on flesh on its own, then fades). A. moellerianus on basis of belt, but that does not stain red. With pyriform and sometimes chained cheilocystiida. Spores length=7.4–8.9µm (µ=8.2, σ=0.41), width=5.2–6.6µm (µ=5.8, σ=0.37), Q=1.3–1.6µm (µ=1.42, σ=0.08), n=20
